Inga Bielinska is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), and EMCC Senior Practitioner holding both ESIA and ITCA accreditations. With over 16 years of experience in executive and team coaching, she partners with leaders and teams across technology, manufacturing, and finance to strengthen collaboration, clarity, and performance.

As a faculty member and mentor with Goldvarg Coaching Group, Inga delivers ICF-accredited Level 1 and 3 programs, including Team Coaching and Supervision Certifications. She specializes in team coaching and supervision, integrating systems thinking, psychological safety, and ethical awareness to help teams unlock collective intelligence and achieve sustainable results.

A founding member and Chair of the EMCC USA Ethics Committee, Inga advances ethical maturity within the global coaching community. She has worked with leaders at Google, Flex, Magna International, and Citibank, and contributes to Forbes and Newsweek on leadership and team development.
