Why It Matters Now
You're already working with teams. Maybe you're facilitating offsites, coaching leadership teams, or helping groups navigate conflict. And some of it works really well.
But there are moments when you sense something deeper is happening. Patterns you can't quite name. Dynamics that keep showing up no matter how many times the team "resolves" an issue. Tensions that live between people, not within them.
Team coaching gives you the methodology and language to work with what you're already sensing. You'll learn to see the system, not just the individuals. To intervene in real time on patterns, not just behaviors. To help teams build the capacity to navigate their own dynamics long after you're gone.
And here's the practical reality: team coaching engagements are longer term and generate significantly higher revenue than individual coaching. But more importantly, they let you work at the level where transformation actually sticks.
The coaches who complete this program consistently report that it changes their entire practice. You start seeing systems everywhere. You work with more complexity and confidence. And you can finally serve your clients at the depth you've been sensing was possible.
What Makes This Different
This is Cohort 14 of an established program. You're learning from proven faculty with decades of real-world team coaching experience.
Most team coaching programs teach frameworks. This program develops practitioners.
You'll learn ICF-aligned team coaching methodology through an immersive, practice-based approach. You'll work with real teams under supervision. You'll learn in a cohort where you experience team dynamics firsthand - learning in, about, and for teams.
The Faculty
Global faculty including MCC, ACTC, ESIA, and ITCA-accredited professionals: Damian Goldvarg (Program Founder), Inga Bielinska, Susie Warman, Traci Manalani, and Larissa Thurlow. Faculty are trained in leading systemic methodologies and bring expertise spanning executive coaching, team coaching, supervision, and assessor credentials.
The Credential
This program provides an ICF-accredited pathway to the Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) credential and qualifies for up to 40 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits.
The Investment
$3,500 for four months (March 3 - June 30, 2026) | Limited to 20 participants
What You Will Gain
See the System
Move beyond individuals to understand team dynamics, patterns, and the relationships that shape how work actually gets done.
Work in Real Time
Learn to observe, sense, and intervene on what's happening in the moment, not just what people report about what happened.
Navigate Complexity
Confidently apply the ICF Team Coaching Competencies in diverse contexts. Work with the five dysfunctions of a team (Lencioni model). Build awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion in team dynamics.
Contract and Facilitate
Develop advanced skills in contracting with multiple stakeholders, managing complexity, and facilitating growth.
Differentiate Your Practice
Clearly distinguish team coaching from facilitation, training, or consulting in how you position your work and serve your clients.
By the end of the program, you'll have completed the requirements to apply for ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), earned up to 40 CCE credits, and positioned yourself as a credible, globally recognized team coaching expert.
What To Tell Your Clients (or your Organization)
When you need to make the case for team coaching - whether to a client considering an engagement or to your own organization considering sponsorship - here's what the research shows:
Team coaches align teams around shared purpose, translating collaboration into measurable results that strengthen execution and accelerate business performance.
They elevate performance and results by building trust, clarity, and accountability that increase productivity, innovation, and speed to market.
They strengthen communication and collaboration, reducing conflict costs and silo inefficiencies while improving decision-making quality.
They develop resilient leadership at all levels, expanding succession readiness and reducing over-reliance on a few key leaders.
They sustain cultural transformation by embedding new behaviors that boost engagement, retention, and long-term organizational agility.
They unlock collective intelligence, turning diverse perspectives into strategic advantage and breakthrough solutions.
They accelerate adaptability, enabling teams to pivot faster, deliver under pressure, and convert change into competitive opportunity.
